Lithia Park to Mt Ashland Summit

I decided to hike from Lithia Park up to the Mt. Ashland Summit on Monday. I was hiking alone and trying to take advantage of the last “cool, clear” day that we were going to have for a while. It was an unnoteworthy (is that a word?) trip except for a momentary meeting with a bear who left immediately, thank you very much.
