Applegate Lake
It looked like Applegate Lake finally was filling up, till we got to our lunch spot by the boat ramp at the site of the former town of Copper. Not only was the boat ramp above the water line, but on the south side of the ramp there was just the muddy bottom with the Applegate River running through it.
During lunch we had to hunker down to avoid the wind and light rain coming from California to the south; otherwise the sky was partly overcast and there was no wind. Refreshments at Boomtown in Jacksonville.
