Wildflower Walk on the PCT from Greensprings Summit Towards Hobart Bluff
Sabin, Darryl, Rich and I went looking for Washington Lillys on the PCT trail to Hobart Bluff from the Highway 66 trailhead. Unfortunately, we found evidence of cut flower stems but no flowers. We did find lots of flowers however, including a couple of new orchids (we think).
With plenty of questions and discussion we did not reach Hobart Bluff by any stretch, but had a great time. The weather was perfect; started out a little cloudy but soon cleared and warmed right up.
