Lost Creek Lake – Blue Grotto

The weather gods were kind to us as the sun finally came out after lunch for our return to the TH.

11 hikers completed the 9 mile trek, with the only complication being some mud here and there. Unfortunately the waterfall was more like a water drip due to a poor snow pack this year. Never the less the Grotto was attractive and half the hikers climbed down for a close up look. The views were attractive in the sun and we hit a high of 52 degrees. All were in a fine mood.

After the hike the cars split up, with one going straight home, one to Phil’s Frosty, and one to Four Daughters.
