Lost Creek Lake – West Shore

Seven of us decided to hike along the west side of Lost Creek Lake. The skies were grey with a temperature around 45 degrees. The lake was very low this time of year and we could see some land exposed out in the lake that you would not see during the summer. We also noticed the first flowers- the snow queen- along the trail again this year.

We opted for a Hank lunch as it was predicted to rain around 3pm. The rain came early and started with a sprinkle then a steady light rain. By the time we got back to the car, the rain had stopped.

Refreshments were taken at Pizza Schmizza in Eagle Point.
