Mt Bailey – Ashland Hiking Group

Beautiful clear day in the Diamond Lake area. However, we could see the smoke from the Klamath and Lakeview fires to the south and east.

We went up from the west side through the woods. The consensus over beer and fries was that we prefer this approach to the lower TH. Everybody likes the upper TH trail, but the road to the TH is still in very rough shape.
